Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees and can change. Grocery stock moves quickly, so an item can sell out between your order and the pick — that is why checkout asks what you would like us to do if something is unavailable.
Delivery is handled by a courier partner. Every time and fee shown is an estimate, and the final charge is confirmed at checkout. We deliver in Karachi only for now.
Orders are paid online at the time you place them, through our payment provider’s hosted checkout. An order is confirmed once that payment is authorised.
If your order arrives wrong, damaged or incomplete, get in touch and we will put it right. The detailed returns and refunds policy, including timeframes, is still being written.
