Whether you prefer the light or dark theme, the products you have looked at recently, and what you have searched for on this device. If you are not signed in, your basket and wishlist are kept here too. These live in your browser’s local storage on this device, clearing your browser data removes them, and they are not sent anywhere.
Your account is held on Grocify’s own server: the mobile number you verify with, and the name and email you give us. Your basket, wishlist, saved addresses and orders move to the server too, so they follow you between devices instead of living on one.
Staying signed in uses one cookie. Your browser sends it back to us and nothing on the page can read it, which is what stops another script on the page from stealing your session. Signing out clears it, and clears your basket, addresses, orders and messages from this browser — so signing out on a shared computer leaves nothing behind.
Your name, mobile number and delivery address, kept with the order. The courier needs these to reach you, and the rider calls the number on arrival.
We do not collect them, and there is no card form anywhere on this site. When you pay online you do it on the payment provider’s own secure page — full card numbers and security codes never reach Grocify’s systems.
We would like to know which pages people visit and which products they buy, so we can make the shop better. That only happens if you agree: until you do, no measurement code is loaded at all and no cookie for it is set. Declining changes nothing about how the shop works for you.
Your answer is remembered in one small cookie so we do not have to keep asking. You can change it here at any time.
