Where do you deliver?

Karachi for now. Choose your area at the top of any page to check whether we reach you — an address outside a covered area cannot be used at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 30 to 45 minutes in Karachi. Delivery is handled by a courier partner, so every time we show you is an estimate rather than a promise.

What does delivery cost?

It depends on your delivery area, and the exact figure is shown before you pay. Pick your area in the header to see it.

How can I pay?

Online, when you place the order: card, bank account or mobile wallet on the payment provider's secure page. Your card details never reach us.

What if something is out of stock?

You choose at checkout: send something similar, remove it and refund that item, or call you before the rider leaves.

Can I return something?

If something arrives wrong or damaged, get in touch and we will put it right. Our full returns policy is being finalised.
